Development Portfolio

My name is David Kwan. I have finally gotten around to organizing my development projects into this photoblog. As a picture is worth 1000 words, I think you can get a quick overview of my work in about 5-10 minutes. These projects have been completed with various partners, architects, and builders. With the exception of the Adirondack home, they are all in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most of the projects have been sold over the years and are owned by others.
